Death Stranding For iPhone Delayed To 2024

Death Stranding was supposed to come to iPhone, iPad, and Mac by the end of of 2023, but that’s not going to happen. Publisher 505 Games has announced that the game is now shifting to 2024.

“We just need a little more time,” the publisher said in a statement on social media.

When it’s released, players will get the Death Stranding Director’s Cut for their phone, tablet, or Mac computer. iPads and Macs need to have an M1 chip or newer. Fans will need the iPhone 15 Pro to play Death Stranding. The game costs $40.

Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil Village came to iPhone 15 Pro earlier this year, while Assassin’s Creed Mirage and The Division Resurgence are headed to the newest iPhones in 2024. Apple’s iPhones have technically been capable of playing current-gen games via cloud gaming, but now they are coming to Apple hardware natively.

In other Death Stranding news, Kojima Productions recently announced a deal with movie studio A24 for the Death Stranding movie. Kojima Productions is also developing Death Stranding 2.
